It was August 27th 2010 ‘Addhuri’ was launched at Kanteerava studios and 14th February the audio was released. Yesterday 5th March 2012, the team members of ‘Addhuri’ have come before the media to take publicity.

‘Addhuri’ is grand in every frame and the protagonist expression of love is also grand. He is not ‘Kanji Pinji’. For securing the nod of his lover the protagonist takes years, like how the director has taken years to make the film. When such a grand love is turned down in a flash is it respectful? This is what ‘Ambari Arjun’ asks in ‘Addhuri’. He has one 100 days film to his credit and already consumed 21 months to complete major portions of shooting.

Why this delay? I have trained the artists according to my whims and fancies to look on silver screen. It consumed more time.

This training session has been done at the cost of producer? No nothing has been spent and taxed the producer. How come Radhika Pandit an established actress allotted two to three months free time for rehearsals?

We have decided earlier on this aspect and done according to stipulate guidelines says Arjun. Can you explain one grand scene to support your ‘Addhuri’? That you have to watch on the silver screen says Arjun. He has not given a foolish thought like how he has done in ‘Ambari’ – a cycle to lovers to go to Taj Mahal from Bengaluru. I have not used any vehicle and love is not a journey he says. You would see frame to frame aristocracy on the screen. We have even shot in foreign locations Malaysia, Singapore, Lanka and other places says Arjun looking happy at the media address.

For a question asked to the producer Shankare Gowda director himself said it roughly Rs.4 crores film at the time of coming to silver screen. Shankare Gowda is happy and content with the work so far.
